BAPS had its inaugural scientific meeting in London in 1953. Since then the meeting has become an annual event and has been held in many locations both in the UK and overseas (you can see a full list here). Over time we have endeavoured to make the annual meeting important both for the scientific content and the social aspects, offering paediatric surgeons from around the world networking opportunities to meet and discuss work.
